Heating Oil Tanks from GreenTRAX

Some of the new aboveground tanks come with legs, larger tanks have skids, and 30-year tanks have a separate base they sit on. Most new aboveground tanks will be set on concrete/masonry lintels, so they do not sink into the ground. Residential tanks do not need a newly poured concrete pad to set on. However, if you want to have us to do that, we can, or you are free to have your own contractor do that prior to installation.

Aboveground tanks will be set up with an oil fill adaptor and cap, whistle, vent pipe and vent cap, plugs as needed, tank gauge, and a fitting either on top of the tank or on the bottom to connect the copper supply line to (and if needed a return line). New copper supply line will be installed to the furnace if possible, if not possible we can re-use existing line. A new filter will be installed at the furnace, and the furnace will be re-started when possible. Plus, if your water heater also runs off of the oil tank, we will connect to that and re-start that as well.

GreenTRAX provides a complete & thorough job and will get you back up and running as soon as possible to minimize any downtime without heat or hot water.

We install, remove, replace & pump out tanks every day – this is what we do. So, don’t trust your job with inexperienced people; call the professionals at GreenTRAX, Inc. 410-439-1085
